For almost the past week, I am having trouble sleeping efficiently. Sometimes, it takes me a short while to sleep (and a short while for me is around 20-30 minutes) then after an hour's rest, I wake up again and have a difficult time falling back to sleep again. And other times, it takes me a long time to fall asleep (1 - almost 2 hours) and with the same result of waking up shortly after. This obviously bother's me, because I for one cherish my sleep, it's the attribute that most affects my "performances" through out the day.

I tried one method which worked, but is too tedious to keep on a daily basis. I slept later than usual one night then woke up early in the morning around five thirty, I decided to stay awake at this point and carry on through out my day, eventually sleeping at 2 a.m. (I had around one hour of sleep during the after noon, and I realize I should have slept earlier than 2 a.m) But i had a nice sleep that night, slept restfully for about 7 hours (I wish i could have slept more, but my schedule conflicts with my sleeping hours)

I apologize for the long comment. I wish I could find a way to get rid of this cycle once and for all (that explains the long comment) Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Regards,

Kareem

P.S : It's five thirty now, i woke up around an hour ago after trying to sleep at 2.
